Terms of Service

NeuraCamp is an AI-powered readiness assessment platform for early-career AI practitioners. It helps you understand where you stand across prompting, model judgment, and applied product sense - and gives you a score and certificate based on your responses. It is not a job placement service, a staffing agency, or a credentialing body.

NeuraCamp is in early beta. The service may change, go down, contain bugs, or behave unexpectedly. We provide it as-is and as-available, without any warranties of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We reserve the right to change features, pricing, or availability at any time during the beta period with reasonable notice where possible.

Assessments, role matches, and recommendations generated by NeuraCamp are AI-generated guidance only. They do not guarantee employment, professional credentials, or fitness for any specific role. Employers make their own hiring decisions independently of any NeuraCamp score or certificate. Do not rely solely on your NeuraCamp result when making career decisions.

Certificates issued by NeuraCamp are participation-based. They reflect that you completed an assessment on our platform and the score you achieved at that point in time. They do not constitute a professional credential, industry certification, license, or qualification. They are not endorsed by any employer, standards body, or regulatory authority.

By using NeuraCamp you agree not to:

• Submit automated, scripted, or AI-assisted answers to assessment questions.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying assessment logic or model weights.
• Impersonate another person or create accounts in someone else's name.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

NeuraCamp owns the platform, including its design, assessment framework, scoring logic, and all original content we create. Nothing here grants you a license to reproduce or distribute NeuraCamp's content outside of normal platform use.

You own your resume data and any content you submit. By uploading a resume or answering questions, you grant NeuraCamp a limited license to process that content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

During beta we may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of planned downtime or major changes. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on NeuraCamp infringes your copyright, contact us at shravan@neuracamp.com with the details of the allegedly infringing material and your contact information. We will review and respond to all valid notices promptly.

NeuraCamp is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at shravan@neuracamp.com and we will delete it promptly.
