When you use NeuraCamp, the following information helps us deliver your assessment experience:

• Account details. Your name and email address, provided when you sign up.
• Your resume. Uploaded voluntarily during onboarding to help us build your profile. You can review and edit every detail we process.
• Profile details. Structured information such as your experience, skills, and goals. All fully editable by you at any time.
• Assessment responses. Your answers to evaluation questions, used to compute your readiness results and personalized recommendations.
• Usage insights. Anonymized information about how you interact with the product, used to improve your experience.

When you upload a resume, we use AI-assisted processing to extract your experience, skills, and background. Your information is handled securely throughout this process, and you can review and edit every detail before anything is finalized.

Your resume content is never used to train external AI models. All processing is carried out under data-protection agreements that prohibit any provider from retaining or training on your information.

The role matches, focus areas, and learning recommendations you receive are generated with AI assistance and are directional guidance only. They are designed to help you think about your next steps, not to guarantee any specific outcome. Use them as a starting point for your own decisions and planning.

We use anonymized analytics to understand which features are helpful and to improve your experience. These insights use hashed identifiers only. Your name, email, resume, and assessment answers are never sent to analytics services.

You can opt out of tracking from your browser using standard privacy settings at any time.

Your profile and assessment results remain available while your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, all associated information is permanently removed within 24 hours. You are always in control of how long your information stays with us.

You can edit your profile details from your dashboard at any time. If you wish to delete your data, you can do so from your account settings or email us and we will process your request promptly.

We work with trusted partners to deliver NeuraCamp securely. All partners operate under data-protection agreements and follow industry security standards. We keep this list current and will notify you of any significant additions.
